Additional Information:<ul><li>Pet Sitter visits are 1-2 visits per day for 3-14 days. (You'll provide feeding, walking, companionship and playtime for pets, as well as plant watering, mail pickup, and basic home care while clients are traveling.)</li><li>Visits for dogs are typically 30 - 60 minutes between 7-9 am, midday, and 7-9 pm. (Perfect for someone who wants to supplement his/her income before and after a full-time job.)</li><li>Visit times for cats are more flexible and are usually once daily for either a 15 or 30-minute visit.</li></ul> Requirements for the pet sitter position:- You love working with animals and are passionate about their welfare!- You love both cats and dogs! You are comfortable feeding, walking, and playing with pets according to their individual needs. You are able to monitor the behavior and health of the pets and report any concerns to the supervisor.- You can make a 6 month commitment to working for the company. Clients who travel regularly prefer to have a relationship the same sitter or combination of two sitters.- You have consistent morning/ evening availability and are available to work at least 2 weekends a month.- You are able to work at least 2 of the 3 major winter holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve &amp; Day, New Year's Eve &amp; New Year's Day (Don't worry! You'll be able to have a holiday too, and you'll be paid more per visit during this time.)- You have strong communication skills (both orally and in writing) and you have the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our pets' guardians by promptly addressing any questions or concerns.- You can document daily activities and report any unusual behavior or incidents to both the company and the pets' guardians.- You have a reliable car and live in or very close (within 5 miles) to the community where you will work.- You have a reliable smartphone that can support our company's software and takes clear photos.- You can pass a criminal /vehicle background check.- You are at least 18 years of age and a high school graduate. Hours/Pay: Fully trained and certified Pet Sitters are paid by the visit (commission) which averages $18-24/hr. with tips and holiday bonus pay per visit. Pet Sitter

This is a part-time position that takes place morning, evenings, and on weekends.  Do you understand?

Having a Smartphone is a necessity for the position because we communicate with our clients using the Time to Pet app.  Do you have an Apple, Android, or Windows smartphone and willing to enable location services?  Our app is GPS enabled and is required for the position.  

Do you have reliable access to the Internet and the ability to communicate effectively by returning phone calls, texts and emails promptly?
